I met Susie Aylett just over 18 months ago at a time when I was drowning in grief, self-pity and self-doubt; my life in turmoil, with no idea where to turn or how to make this good. I was so miserable: my priorities were all wrong, my job was stressful and unfulfilling, taking me away from my beautiful son, my marriage was in crisis, I was on a treadmill of unhappiness and I was paralysed with fear. Could I change? I didn’t know how to! What did I want? I had no idea!
I attended Susie’s ‘Journey to a Balanced Self’ Workshop in person for the first week and then by internet link for the remainder (as I live in WA). It was a powerful, life changing experience, one that I will be forever grateful for. The critical factor in my success was being able to correspond with Susie via email. I was able to write down my thoughts and run past Susie, day or night. Susie, in her own inimitable style, would then assist with rationalising these, to help me turn off the negative soundtrack in my head, to start to believe in myself, believe that I had the amazing power of choice, that I was not a victim of my circumstances, that I was completely in charge of my thoughts, actions and in turn my destiny, that I was the only one who controlled that. It took many, many exchanges with Susie, but in time I began to break bad habits, to learn to forgive myself and others, to let go of my baggage, to learn new positive ways to think and react, to not care what people think of me, to let my expectations go and most importantly wake up every day with a sense of excitement and joy. During the day, whatever happens, I am still able to feel that joy, come what may!
Susie has been able to set me on a different path, a path where I have literally changed my life forever. Today, I am so happy: I resigned from a good job to start full time study at University, on a completely different career path. This could be scary, but I can now trust my intuition enough to know in my heart that this is right. Just a year ago, this scenario would have seemed impossible.
In the last year, I have recommended the e-courses and Susie’s support to many of my family and friends all over the world. For some it has been the right time to begin their journey to change and bringing balance to their lives. I have watched the amazing positive changes in these people that I love, which brings more joy to my life. I could not recommend this process, this experience more. If you are looking to make changes, but don’t know how to; if you are unhappy but making the required changes seems impossible or you don’t know what can be changed; if you live your life for other people; if you live with self-doubt and want to love yourself, please make contact with Susie Aylett. Be honest and open with her. For the best results, be prepared to bare your heart and soul and be asked difficult questions. But, there is nothing to be afraid of. This could change your life for the better, forever.
Susie Aylett, I am forever in your debt. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
